A delicious and easy Grilled Teriyaki Turkey Wrap, filled with savory turkey and fresh veggies, ready in under 30 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights!

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- Optional: Sesame seeds for sprinkling
- Optional: Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once turkey is cooked, stir in the teriyaki sauce and cook for another 2 minutes until well-coated.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for 15-20 seconds until soft.
- Lay a warm tortilla flat and add a scoop of the teriyaki turkey filling down the center. Top with shredded lettuce, grated carrots, and sliced cucumbers.
- Carefully roll the tortilla around the filling, folding in the sides to create a tight wrap. Slice in half and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat before serving.
