Description

A delicious and easy Grilled Teriyaki Turkey Wrap, filled with savory turkey and fresh veggies, ready in under 30 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • Optional: Sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • Optional: Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Once turkey is cooked, stir in the teriyaki sauce and cook for another 2 minutes until well-coated.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for 15-20 seconds until soft.
  4. Lay a warm tortilla flat and add a scoop of the teriyaki turkey filling down the center. Top with shredded lettuce, grated carrots, and sliced cucumbers.
  5. Carefully roll the tortilla around the filling, folding in the sides to create a tight wrap. Slice in half and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat before serving.
