Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (lean preferred)
- 4 cups fresh spinach (or thawed frozen spinach)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and let it warm for about 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes soft and translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet, stirring until it wilts, about 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, mixing everything well.
- Remove from heat and scatter the crumbled feta cheese on top, allowing it to melt slightly.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
