Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine jasmine rice and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle boil, then cover and reduce to low heat. Allow the rice to simmer for 15 minutes, or until all the liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork before serving.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning for desired heat level.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Break it apart to achieve an even texture.
