Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup pumpkin spice orange chips

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture to form dough.
6. Fold in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, pumpkin spice orange chips, and sprinkles.
7. Drop tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them evenly.
8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
9. Let cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Feel free to swap pumpkin spice chips with butterscotch or extra chocolate chips.
Slightly underbake for softer centers—they’ll finish cooking on the baking sheet.
Store in an airtight container for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.
