Description

A creamy, cheesy, and spicy dip perfect for Halloween gatherings, complete with ghostly cheese decorations.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 68 slices of white cheese
  • Black decorating gel or mini olives for eyes

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients. If the cream cheese isn’t soft enough, microwave it for 15–20 seconds.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  3. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing on top.
  6. Using a ghost cookie cutter, cut out shapes from the white cheese slices and place them on top of the dip.
  7. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 15–20 minutes.
  8. Add black decorating gel or tiny pieces of olive for eyes once out of the oven.
  9. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or sliced veggies.

Notes

For a healthier option, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese. Adjust buffalo sauce to taste for milder or spicier flavors.
