- 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, adjust to taste

- Zest of 1 small orange, finely grated
- Pinch of fine sea salt
- 2 tablespoons toasted chopped pistachios, for crunch

Instructions
- Scoop avocado flesh into a food processor or blender. Ensure it is soft and buttery.
- Add cocoa, sweetener, and almond milk, blend on low, increasing speed until uniform and glossy.
- Add vanilla, orange zest, and sea salt, pulse to incorporate. Adjust sweetness as desired.
- Chill the mousse for at least 20 minutes.
- Spoon into ramekins or glasses, garnish with pistachios, chocolate shavings, and optional berries or micromint.
