Description

Delightful baked Apple Fritters that are soft, fluffy, and packed with apple flavor, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peeled, diced apples
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

  6. Scoop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each fritter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and springy.
