Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, sliced
  • Optional: Your favorite sauce for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add diced chicken, and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in the sauce and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Lay out tortillas, start with shredded lettuce, then add chicken mixture, grated carrots, and sliced cucumbers.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
