- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup cucumbers, sliced

Instructions
- Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add diced chicken, and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the sauce and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Lay out tortillas, start with shredded lettuce, then add chicken mixture, grated carrots, and sliced cucumbers.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
