Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey and minced garlic.
- Add the sausages to the baking sheet and drizzle the honey garlic mixture over everything.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sweet potatoes are tender and sausages are browned.
