- 8 ounces hot Italian sausage, removed from casing
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons honey (preferably artisanal)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or lined baking sheet.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hot Italian sausage until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Distribute the cooked sausage over the sauce, and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese generously.
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Drizzle honey over the pizza immediately after removing it from the oven.
- Garnish with freshly chopped basil before slicing into wedges.
