Instructions
- Soften the butter at room temperature for about 30 minutes until soft but not melted.
- Finely chop the rosemary and thyme.
- In a bowl, mix the butter with the chopped herbs, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper using a fork or spatula.
- Lay a piece of plastic wrap on your counter, scoop the butter onto it, and roll it into a log, twisting the ends like a candy wrapper.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
