Instructions
- Cut the Italian bread in half lengthwise to create a base for your sandwich.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, diced tomatoes, thinly sliced onions, chopped pepperoncini, salami, capicola, and provolone cheese.
- Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and red wine vinegar, then sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pile the filling generously onto the bottom half of the sandwich.
