Description

Satisfy your cravings with these guilt-free Keto Crunchwraps packed with creamy cheese, seasoned beef, and fresh veggies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Creamy Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • For the Filling:
  • 1 pound ground beef (or ground chicken/turkey)
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • For the Crunchwrap Assembly:
  • 4 pieces low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 cup extra cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup jalapeño slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth. Gradually stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until combined and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Brown the meat, breaking it into small pieces. Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for a few minutes until well combined.
  3. Crisp the Tortillas: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Toast each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side until lightly crisped.
  4. Assemble the Crunchwrap: On each tortilla, spread cheese sauce, followed by seasoned beef, sour cream, lettuce, diced tomatoes, extra cheese, cilantro, and jalapeño slices if using. Fold edges of the tortilla inward to seal.
  5. Cook the Crunchwrap: In the same skillet, add a bit of oil and place the crunchwrap seam-side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serving: Slice the crunchwrap in half and serve warm with extra salsa or guacamole.

Notes

Customize your fillings with avocado or olives, and make it vegetarian by substituting meat with beans. Freezer-friendly for easy meals.
