  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or more, for extra richness)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish with a touch of olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown for about 5-7 minutes.
