Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over each chicken breast, then dip them into the Parmesan mixture, pressing it onto the chicken.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).

Notes
For best results, use freshly minced garlic and press the Parmesan mixture firmly onto the chicken.
