Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream the softened butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts gently.
- Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
