This Low-Carb Lasagna offers all the classic flavors without the carbs, using layers of ground beef, ricotta, and mozzarella.
Ingredients
- Low-carb tortillas
- Ground beef, cooked and seasoned to taste
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Sugar-free tomato sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, seasoning to taste.
- In a baking dish, layer low-carb tortillas at the bottom, followed by cooked ground beef, ricotta cheese, sugar-free tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs like basil or oregano to the ground beef. This lasagna can be frozen; wrap it tightly before freezing.
