Description

This Low-Carb Lasagna offers all the classic flavors without the carbs, using layers of ground beef, ricotta, and mozzarella.


Ingredients

  • Low-carb tortillas
  • Ground beef, cooked and seasoned to taste
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Sugar-free tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, seasoning to taste.
  3. In a baking dish, layer low-carb tortillas at the bottom, followed by cooked ground beef, ricotta cheese, sugar-free tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs like basil or oregano to the ground beef. This lasagna can be frozen; wrap it tightly before freezing.
