Description
A delicious combination of sweet maple syrup and spicy Sriracha glaze on crispy chicken wings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for crispy wings.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the wings are baking, combine maple syrup, Sriracha, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium until it simmers gently.
- Once the wings are done, toss them in the warm sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before seasoning. Adjust the spice level by modifying the Sriracha amount.
