Description

A delicious combination of sweet maple syrup and spicy Sriracha glaze on crispy chicken wings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for crispy wings.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While the wings are baking, combine maple syrup, Sriracha, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium until it simmers gently.
  5. Once the wings are done, toss them in the warm sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before seasoning. Adjust the spice level by modifying the Sriracha amount.
