Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 23 eggs (beaten)
  • Vegetable oil (as needed for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare and slice the meat into uniform, thin pieces.
  2. Make the marinade by combining soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and chopped green onions.
  3. Marinate the meat in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Set up a coating station with flour and beaten eggs.
  5. Dredge marinated meat in flour, dip in egg, and then pan-fry in heated vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides (about 2-3 minutes each side).
  6. Serve with steamed rice and dipping sauces.
