Description

Delightful bite-sized treats bringing classic pecan pie flavors in a smaller form, perfect for gatherings and picnics.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package of mini pie crusts or phyllo dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Place the mini pie crusts in a muffin tin.
  4. Fill each crust with the pecan mixture until nearly full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set and the tops are golden.
  6. Let cool before serving.
