Instructions

- Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the butter blend.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the cookie dough mixture into an even layer.
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the fudge sauce over the cookie dough layer, spreading evenly.
- Press M&M’s into the fudge layer evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours until firm.
