Description

Delightful individual cups combining juicy turkey and savory stuffing, perfect for gatherings or an intimate dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey (fresh or thawed)
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing mix (preferably homemade)
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease each cup of a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, prepared stuffing, and chicken broth. Mix until just combined; the mixture should be moist but not runny.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold this sauce gently into the turkey mixture to evenly distribute the flavors.
  5. Scoop the mixture into each muffin cup, filling just below the rim. Press down gently to form a solid base.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let cool slightly before removing the cups from the pan.
  8. Arrange the cups on a large serving platter, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Use high-quality turkey and fresh herbs for richer flavor. Experiment with different stuffing types such as cornbread or wild rice. Add herbs like thyme or sage for a classic holiday aroma.
