Instructions
- Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and wrap the outside in plastic.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the brownie batter until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fluffy.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
