Ingredients

- 1 cup ground pecans
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans (for rolling)
- Optional: chocolate drizzle for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pecans, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Roll each ball in chopped pecans to coat.
- If desired, drizzle with chocolate.
- Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy your no-bake dessert!
