Description

Delicious and easy no-bake pecan pie balls that capture the flavors of traditional pecan pie.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground pecans
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (for rolling)
  • Optional: chocolate drizzle for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pecans, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in chopped pecans to coat.
  6. If desired, drizzle with chocolate.
