Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey

  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until combined.
