Description
This One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta is a rich, comforting dinner made in just one pot. Featuring tender ground beef, fragrant garlic butter, and a luscious cream sauce, it’s the perfect weeknight meal that’s easy, cozy, and delicious.
Ingredients
8 oz fettuccine pasta (dried or fresh)
1 lb ground beef (preferably grass-fed)
4 tablespoons garlic butter (room temperature)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup beef broth (low sodium)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley (finely chopped, for garnish)
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions
1. In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef. Sauté until browned, about 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
2. Stir in the garlic butter and let it melt into the beef, releasing its fragrance.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Add fettuccine pasta to the pot. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Once the pasta is al dente and the sauce thickens, season with salt and black pepper.
6. Use a wooden spoon to deglaze the pot if needed.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
Try adding spinach or roasted mushrooms for extra nutrition and texture.
Use a splash of beef broth or cream when reheating to maintain creaminess.
