Description

A striking confection featuring glossy swirls of white and dark chocolate, crunchy Oreo fragments, and vibrant sprinkles, perfect for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz (340 g) white chocolate, finely chopped or white candy melts
  • 6 oz (170 g) dark or milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 12 tbsp neutral oil (optional)
  • 2 tsp freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • 1012 classic Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp red or pink sanding sugar
  • Assorted heart sprinkles
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped pistachio (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment and chill it.
  2. Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler and add neutral oil if needed.
  3. Spread the white chocolate onto the prepared rectangle in an even thickness.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the white chocolate base.
  5. Scatter chopped Oreos and sprinkle freeze-dried strawberry powder, sanding sugar, and heart sprinkles over the chocolate.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until set.
  7. Remove from the fridge and break into shards.
  8. Serve arranged on a platter with decorative garnishes.

For best results, use high-quality chocolate and mix Oreo sizes for varied texture. Store in an airtight container.
