- 12 oz (340 g) white chocolate, finely chopped or white candy melts
- 6 oz (170 g) dark or milk chocolate, finely chopped
- 1–2 tbsp neutral oil (optional)
- 2 tsp freeze-dried strawberry powder
- 10–12 classic Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp red or pink sanding sugar
- Assorted heart sprinkles
- 1 tbsp finely chopped pistachio (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment and chill it.
- Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler and add neutral oil if needed.
- Spread the white chocolate onto the prepared rectangle in an even thickness.
- Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the white chocolate base.
- Scatter chopped Oreos and sprinkle freeze-dried strawberry powder, sanding sugar, and heart sprinkles over the chocolate.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until set.
- Remove from the fridge and break into shards.
- Serve arranged on a platter with decorative garnishes.
