Description

Delicious and easy Oven-Baked Italian Meatballs, perfect for family dinners or party platters.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and shape into golf ball-sized meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through, checking with a meat thermometer (165°F or 74°C).
  6. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce, in a sub sandwich, or on their own.

Notes

For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper. To keep meatballs tender, avoid overmixing.
