Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove damaged outer leaves and slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Lay cabbage steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle both sides with olive oil.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and black pepper over the steaks.
- Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
