Delicious snack bites combining mozzarella and parmesan cheese, coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the two large eggs together with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
- Take small portions of the cheese mixture and roll them into golf ball-sized pieces.
- Dip each cheese ball into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then roll in the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place the coated bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
Notes
Serve hot with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Substitute panko with gluten-free breadcrumbs for a gluten-free version.
