A delightful dish combining sautéed chicken in a creamy pepperoncini sauce, perfect for casual dinners and special gatherings.

- 1 pound chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons room temperature butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes until golden, flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
- Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic, sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir with chicken, add sliced pepperoncini and juice. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Taste sauce, adjust seasoning if needed, then plate the chicken and garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
Notes
Serve over jasmine rice or polenta for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
