A warm, cheesy crowd-pleaser that brings the flavors of pizza into a delicious dip perfect for snacks or parties.

- 8 ounces (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mini pepperoni or chopped regular pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh green onion or basil for garnish
- Sliced baguette, crackers, or raw veggie sticks for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or small baking dish.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with the sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in half of the shredded mozzarella and all of the grated Parmesan until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture into the prepared dish in an even layer.
- Spoon the pizza sauce over the cream cheese layer and spread gently.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the sauce, then scatter the pepperoni and olives on top.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the cheese bubbles and the top shows light golden spots.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for 3–5 minutes. Sprinkle with green onion or basil, then serve warm.
Notes
For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Use low-moisture mozzarella for best melt. Refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
