Description
A spicy and satisfying fusion dish that combines mixed vegetables and Schezwan sauce rolled in soft roti for a quick meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large rotis
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage, chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil (for stir-frying)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- Pour the Schezwan sauce into the pan and add a pinch of salt. Mix well to coat the vegetables.
- Take one roti and place a generous amount of the vegetable mixture in the center.
- Tightly roll the roti around the filling to form a cylindrical shape.
- Repeat the process with the remaining rotis and filling until all are rolled.
- Serve the rolls on a plate, garnished with chopped coriander leaves and enjoy hot.
Notes
Customize the vegetable filling to your preference. For a crunch, consider adding crushed peanuts or crispy noodles as a topping. These rolls are freezer-friendly and can be prepped ahead of time.
