- 1 package (12–14 oz) smoked sausage, cut into ½-inch rounds
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 6 oz white cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes (about ¼–½ inch pieces)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, leaves stripped (optional)
- Skewers or toothpicks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the smoked sausage into even ½-inch rounds and toss with olive oil.
- Arrange the sausage on a sheet pan, leaving small gaps.
- Spoon about ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce onto each sausage slice.
- Top each with a small cube of white cheddar.
- Sprinkle thyme over the bites if desired.
- Bake for 8–12 minutes until browned and cheese has melted.
- Let cool for 2 minutes, then serve warm with skewers or toothpicks.
