- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained chickpeas and tuna, flaking the tuna gently.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth and glossy.
- Pour the dressing over the chickpeas and tuna, gently folding until well coated.
- Add red onion and parsley, seasoning with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
- Let the salad rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
