- 1 tablespoon honey (preferably local)

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh cilantro, finely chopped (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, smoked paprika, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the chicken breasts and ensure they are well-coated. Let this marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until deeply golden and cooked through.
- Rest the chicken on a cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Prepare a base of grains or greens of your choice, such as quinoa or arugula.
- Slice the chicken against the grain and assemble the bowls with grains or greens, topped with chicken and remaining marinade.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with a lime wedge.
