Description

A warm and cozy Spicy Sriracha Chicken Wrap, perfect for quick family dinners, packed with flavor and easy to customize.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup mixed greens (like lettuce and spinach)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until it’s browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. Stir in the Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is combined and coated.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Layer some mixed greens, spicy chicken, cheese, and diced tomatoes on each tortilla. Be careful not to overfill.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Optionally, grill them on a panini press for a minute for a crispy texture.

Notes

Use leftover roasted chicken for faster prep. Adjust Sriracha to taste. Add avocado for creaminess. Warm tortillas to prevent tearing.
