Description

These Spinach Dip Bites are small, warm pastries filled with creamy spinach, perfect for parties or snack time.


Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Squeeze the thawed spinach in a towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sour cream and mix until combined.
  4. Stir in the drained spinach, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, and onion powder until the mixture is even and creamy.
  5. Lightly flour a work surface, unfold the puff pastry, and roll gently to smooth seams.
  6. Cut the pastry into squares about 3–4 inches wide.
  7. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
  8. Fold the pastry over to shape a triangle or bring corners together, pressing edges to seal.
  9. Arrange bites on the baking sheet with space between, and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm on a platter with toothpicks. Pairs well with marinara, ranch, or extra grated Parmesan.
