Instructions

- Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour until a dough forms.
- Press small balls of dough into flower-shaped cookie cutters or roll out and cut into desired shapes.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Decorate with frosting, edible flowers, or colored sugar, if desired.
