Ingredients
1.5–2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
4–6 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced cucumber (optional)
2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
Sriracha mayonnaise (optional)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
2. Let the chicken sit for 5–10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
4. Lay a tortilla flat, then layer lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and cilantro.
5. Spoon the sweet chili chicken mixture over the veggies.
6. Top with sliced avocado if desired.
7. Drizzle with Sriracha mayo and sprinkle red pepper flakes for extra heat.
8. Fold the sides and roll the wrap tightly.
9. Cut in half and serve fresh!
Notes
For a vegetarian version, use tofu or chickpeas instead of chicken.
Add bell peppers or red cabbage for extra crunch.
Make the filling ahead and store separately for meal prep.
