Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8-inch round cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the taro and ube purees until just combined.
