  • Paprika, to taste
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Optional: Marinara or cheese sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to about ¼-inch thickness on a floured surface.
  3. Cut into squares or triangles.
  4. Prepare fillings: scramble eggs, cook sausage, and chop veggies if using.
  5. Place a small amount of each filling in the center of each dough piece.
  6. Fold edges over filling, pinch to seal.
  7. Place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
