- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese (grated)
- 4 Egg yolks
- 4 Egg whites

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a soufflé dish with butter.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, then stir in flour to create a roux. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese, followed by egg yolks.
- In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cheese mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
- Serve immediately for best results.
