Description

Quick and delicious Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps made with tender chicken, gooey mozzarella, and fresh spinach, all wrapped in whole wheat tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts (about 1 pound total)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Season the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Rest and Slice: Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. Assemble the Wraps: Lay the tortillas flat and fill with sliced chicken, mozzarella cheese, and fresh spinach.
  6. Wrap Them Up: Fold the tortillas and roll tightly.
  7. Air Fry the Wraps: Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
