Description

Crispy air-fried chicken tenders coated in a sweet honey butter garlic glaze, perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • Cooking spray
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the honey, melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  2. Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and toss to coat in the honey garlic mixture.
  3. Spread the breadcrumbs out on a separate plate.
  4. Dredge each chicken tender in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, arrange the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer without overlap, and air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or honey mustard. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
