- 2 cups assorted vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Introduce the beef strips into the skillet, cooking until browned, which should take about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the assorted vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, cooking for an additional minute to fully coat the beef and vegetables.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles for a satisfying meal.
Notes
For an extra touch, garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days.
