Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef strips
  • 2 cups assorted vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Introduce the beef strips into the skillet, cooking until browned, which should take about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the assorted vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, cooking for an additional minute to fully coat the beef and vegetables.
