Instructions

- Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them evenly in a baking dish.
- Combine the shredded cheddar and mozzarella in a bowl, then sprinkle this mixture over the potato layers generously.
- Pour the creamy garlic sauce evenly over the layered potatoes and cheese.
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove it from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chives and black pepper before serving warm.
Notes
