Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whisk together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.

  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
