Instructions
- Prepare the cinnamon rolls: Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters. Set them aside for now.
- Make the custard mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Coat the bites: Gently add the quartered cinnamon rolls to the bowl and stir until coated in the egg mixture.
- Cook: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter in the pan. Place the coated cinnamon roll pieces on the skillet.
- Golden brown perfection: Cook each side for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Drizzle with the icing packet or top with maple syrup and powdered sugar. Serve warm.
Notes
