  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Extra fresh herbs, finely chopped (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken thighs with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the chicken for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, herbs, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  4. Lower the heat, add the cowboy butter to the skillet, and toss gently to coat the chicken.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with additional herbs before serving.

Notes

For an elegant twist, substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu. Serve on endive leaves for added freshness.
